EthGasOptimizer does not hold, store, or have access to user private keys or funds. All signing operations occur locally on your device. You remain solely responsible for the security of your wallet and transactions.

Certain features (like Auto-Tx or API access) require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about accuracy of gas price predictions, transaction timing, or savings estimates. You use the Service at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability
